VFC Kids, a children’s ministry of Valparaiso First Church, is preparing for our Holiday Gift Silent Auction Fundraiser. This fundraising event is especially important to us as most of our budget comes from this event. All proceeds go towards the ministry and will support activities we have planned throughout the year such as providing opportunities for kids to go to camp, vacation bible school, resupplying needed items, upgrading the kid’s area in the church, and so much more.

The success of our fundraiser exclusively depends on contributions from sponsors, like you, who generously donate various items. Not only does your contribution benefit VFC Kids Ministry, but your business as well. Your donated items will be displayed in our main hallway, so more than 500 people will have the opportunity to see what you offer at your establishment, promoting your business. You may also send in business cards with your donated items to be displayed as well.

Your donation can be in any one or more of the following forms:

·       Physical Merchandise to be displayed in a gift basket

·       Themed Gift Basket i.e Christmas, Sports, Chocolate, Spa, Coffee, etc.

·       Gift Cards

A donation form is attached for you to fill out and return to us, along with your donation, by November 18, 2022. You may contact us to make pick-up arrangements for your donation or mail them directly to our address above; Attention: Brittany Wolf. Please contact us by phone or email with any questions you may have.

Your donation is tax deductible as we are a non-profit organization. Upon receipt of your gift, we will send you a thank you letter with our tax identification number to serve as a receipt for tax purposes. Upon request, we can send the ID number sooner.
