We are reaching out to you today seeking your support for our local elementary school, our kids' home away from home, Cottonwood Creek Elementary in Coppell, Texas.  This beloved school of ours would like to ask for your involvement at our online auction in an effort to raise the bulk of our 2020 donations due to limitations on in-person fundraising events.  Your company can aid in championing our school and our related activities by providing item(s) for a silent auction to help fund the 2020-2021 academic year.  Anything your organization could provide, a gift card, gift basket, etc. would be greatly appreciated, and go a long way towards assisting our school and educators.

Each year Cottonwood Creek PTO spends approximately $12,000 on educational enrichment such as grade level science programs and campus-wide enrichment endeavors.  This academic year will be unlike any other, as we seek to support our teachers and learners by providing additional safety and sanitation equipment, like safety shields at every teacher’s desk and at tables for all our students at CCE.  We hope that your sponsorship will help fund many other future opportunities and eventually in-person learning events such as field trips, field day activities and games, Red Ribbon Week, Special Education Week, our Veterans Day Reception, professional development programs for teachers, specials projects such as library author visits (in person and via Skype), various teacher/staff appreciation events, and much, much more!
