We are writing on behalf of St. Robert Catholic School to request a donation for our Annual Auction Fundraiser which is scheduled for the weekend of May 15, 2021. Our Auction is the largest fundraiser for the parish K-8 school. Historically, we host a Dinner Auction Event, attended by 250 community members, where we auction off gift baskets, gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. In these unusual times, in order to remain compliant with Health & Safety Guidelines, our 2021 event will be entirely Virtual. To streamline the Auction, St. Roberts will use an Auction Software Platform to facilitate our Fund raiser. Financial donations will help cover the expense for this Auction Platform. Whether you have contributed in previous years or are a prospective donor, your support will help St. Robert School:

• purchase new technology which facilitates safe virtual learning

• make physical improvements at school to accommodate ever-changing health regulations

• maintain extra curricular programs such as music, art and sports
