Vista Grande is a public elementary school located in Danville, CA.  The purpose of our auction is to fund programs not paid for by California, including classroom paraeducators as well as our art, music, and STEM education for all students. 

Our auction is sponsored by the Vista Grande Falcon Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1998 to enhance the quality of education for Vista Grande students. The cost to provide this programming is $250,000/year.  Half of our annual revenue is raised through direct donations from Vista Grande families.  The rest of our revenue is raised through fundraisers, the largest of which is our school auction.  Our online auction is scheduled for March 25-April 1, 2025 and our Live Auction Dinner Dance will be held on May 2, 2025 at Blackhawk Country Club in Danville.  

We would like to invite you to showcase your organization through a donation to our auction. Our auction is a great way to bring visibility to your business and foster loyal customers.

Our donors receive:

• A dedication overview on our auction website, which includes a business logo, photos, and website link (our website receives approximately 1300 views/year)
• Recognition and exposure at our Silent/Live Auction Dinner Dance where we expect approximately 300 guests
• Recognition and exposure in select auction advertising
