The San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance has over 1500 regularly active volunteers each year.  In the midst of a pandemic, and a year with two closures, our dedicated volunteers still contributed 98% of the hours of the previous year!!  They are amazing!!  Our annual volunteer appreciation event allows us to honor their service and contributions with fun activities on-grounds with a guest.  Part of the event includes a special program including recognition of milestones achieved this year.  Award recipients are granted different tickets and experiences based on the donations we receive each year.  Your contributions help make this event a success as our community shares its appreciation to these special individuals who do so much to welcome visitors from around the world and make their time in San Diego exceptional.
