The VTR Annual Celebration Online Auction helps us with funding throughout the year for much needed resources and specialized services.

VTR "Builds a Foundation for Life" through our support support services that provide for basic needs of vulnerable children, youth, and young adults who are victims of abuse abandonment, neglect, trauma, homlessness, or have a history of delinquent behavior.  Through our four programs, Foster Family Agency, Transitional Living Home, and the Residential Therapeutic Program at the Ranch, VTR provides interventions, advocacy, mentorship, education, and personalized care.
