Dear Sir or Madam,

I am reaching out on behalf of the J. Harold Van Zant PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) to request a donation for our upcoming Fun Fair scheduled for May 18, 2024. This event attracts students, parents, faculty, and approximately 200 other community members. Raffle tickets are sold, offering winners the chance to receive gift cards, merchandise, and services generously contributed by businesses like yours.

As a non-profit organization, our PTO relies on events like the Fun Fair to raise funds. The proceeds from this event will support class field trips, school assemblies, engaging activities for the children of our school, and various upgrades around the school building and grounds.

Any donation you can make would be greatly appreciated. In recognition of your support, your business will be acknowledged at the Fun Fair, on our PTO Social Media pages, and the PTO website. Additionally, we will provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO’s tax-exempt ID number for your records.
