How your support helps suicide loss grievers across Ontario:

Heartache2Hope supports over 380 children, youth, and adults every year as they navigate their grief after a suicide loss. This year our goal is $70,000 to help us continue to provide our suicide loss support services, including our Closed and Open Support Groups, Individual Grief Counselling, Peer Support Programs, Specialized Trauma Therapy, HopeLine, and Wellness Activities in a timely manner and at no cost to everyone who needs them.

A bit about what we do:

Heartache2Hope is the only Ontario organization dedicated to helping suicide loss grievers with the immediate impacts of trauma and the grieving process. Our comprehensive supportive program aims to promote renewed psychological wellbeing, build on resilience and promote re-engagement in a meaningful and joyful life.  We offer a continuum of care using Individual & Group Supports.  Our supportive services include Individual Grief Counseling, Peer Support, specialized Trauma Therapy, 12-week psycho-educational Support Groups, monthly Open Support Group sessions , Wellness Activities, & Suicide Loss Grief Education. We support children, youth, & adults, and are developing culturally relevant programs to reflect our community. In each of 2022 and 2023, more than 380 suicide loss grievers accessed our services.  Last year, an additional 370 professionals accessed our suicide loss grief educational services.  The demand for our services is constantly growing.  Your donations will help expand our services to ensure that no one touched by suicide grieves alone.

Join us for our Walk2Remember to raise needed funds for our services and for the opportunity to connect with other suicide loss grievers and remember loved ones.  Our past two Walk2Remember events exceeded all expectations, with more than 250 participants fundraising and walking each year.  Since 2022, participants and sponsors raised over $190,000 in total to fund our supportive services!

Please support us in making an important difference in suicide loss grievers’ lives!
