Description

Dear Alzheimer’s Community Supporter:

Alzheimer’s disease is today’s health epidemic. Someone is diagnosed nearly every minute.  With your support, Alzheimer’s Tennessee, Inc. offers help and hope to families facing this disease.  Our efforts, through programs and services, focus on enhancing the quality of life for those living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias through support, education, advocacy, and research.

Our organization is funded through the generosity of our donors and support through events such as our Tri Cities WALK to Make Alzheimer’s a Memory. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, April 29th from 10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Willow Springs Park in Johnson City.  All funds raised through the WALK will go to help those in our community dealing with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

We would like to ask you to partner with us by donating a prize that will encourage volunteers to FUNdraise.  The prizes will be awarded to participants on event day and bigger prizes to theTOP FUNdraisers during an appreciation luncheon. We recognize donors when awarding door prizes at the event.

Alzheimer’s Tennessee is a 501c(3) non-profit charity and sales tax exempt organization that has been serving the community for more than 34 years. All donations are tax-deductible as provided by law. Our 501(c)3 tax code is: [62-1206312].  If requested, we will send acknowledgement of your donation for your tax records upon receipt of your contact and gift information.  Thank you for your help and generous contribution.

Sincerely,
