The Centre for Grief and Healing is a registered charity that provides free support groups and one-on-one sessions for those experiencing the loss of a loved one. We're currently collecting silent auction donations for our 26th annual Walk to Remember fundraising event taking place on September 30 at Lakeside Park - Mississauga.

This signature fundraising event provides an opportunity for our community to come together, honour, remember, and celebrate our loved ones who are no longer with us. Teams can opt to walk/run/skip/cycle/hop to raise much-needed funds for grief support and healing, and individuals will have the opportunity to bid on items in our virtual silent auction.

We're currently seeking in-kind donations for our virtual silent auction and your support would help us continue to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Since 2020, we have seen a 470% increase in demand for our services, and this demand continues to grow. For every $8,230 raised, we can run a support group, and for every $207, we can train a new volunteer. Thanks to your generous support, more individuals will have access to grief support services.
