Dear Store Owner or Manager,

We are currently in the process of planning this year’s School fundraiser, a Walk a thon, which will be held September 20, 2024 at Hampshire High Schools track. The goal this year is $25,000! We are optimistic that with your help and our kids’ hard work, we can achieve this goal! 100% of the money raised goes directly to the PTO budget for the year. Reaching this goal allows us to limit the amount of fundraising we do, offer low or no cost fun events throughout the year, such as the Ice Cream Social, Candy Bar Bingo, and Winterfest; and allows us to fund educational enhancement materials, teacher requests, field trips and assemblies. Most importantly we are hoping to give our library a much needed facelift. 

We are inviting local businesses like yours, to partner with us in making this event a success. Any donation or gift card would be greatly appreciated, and help keep costs down for our families.  Your contribution will be recognized and made public to our families through our school website, and PTO Facebook page, along with being posted in our lobby for all to see.  We are also a 501c3 not for profit.  You can find our tax ID number at the bottom of this letter.  If you have any questions, please contact me by phone at 630-222-5463 or email at gdw.president@gmail.com
