Description

As a charitable organization focused on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility, each year we subsidize YMCA programs and services by over $328,000 delivering on our promise of “never turning anyone away with the inability to pay”. Every sponsorship and donation makes a difference towards funding our most important and sought after programs – LiveSTRONG® at the YMCA(Cancer Survivor programs), Safety around Water(Drowning prevention), Upward Bound(Teen Mental Health), Fit to Go(Youth Obesity Prevention), Childcare, Summer Camp, Senior Programs,Parkinson’s water programs and Membership for All(Subsidized membership).


On June 8th, 2024, the Wallingford Family YMCA will host our annual fundraiser, this year with a Belmont Stakes theme,

to be held at The Farms Country Club. In addition to a fabulous Italian dinner paired with fine Italian wines and race

themed activities, we will hold both a silent auction and raffle so that we can serve more families and individuals for years

to come.


Would you consider supporting our event and mission of the Wallingford Family YMCA by donating an item, basket or gift certificate for our silent auction? It would mean so much to us if we could feature some of our partners products and services among our offerings from across the community. Businesses that contribute items will be listed as sponsors in our event materials, in addition to the auction display and written description. 

A member of our committee will call to follow up with you about next steps, but if you are ready to move forward, please fill out the attached sponsorship or gift form, keep a copy for your records and return it to us with your donation as soon as possible. A volunteer will then arrange to pick up your donation by April 30th.
