The Wallkill Valley Band Boosters is pleased to announce that we are running a Tricky Tray fundraiser at Wallkill Valley Regional High School on Saturday, May 3, 2025. The Wallkill Valley is located in Sussex County in Northern New Jersey, and our high school serves four municipalities, comprised of approximately 20,000 people. Sussex County itself is a tight-knit community that consists of approximately 150,000 people, and we anticipate a large crowd of patrons from all over the county at our event.

Our award-winning instrumental music programs include concert band, advanced band, jazz band, and the Marching Rangers. The instrumental music program at Wallkill Valley High School is a vibrant and creative home for many talented students to experiment, learn, and mature both musically and as members of the Wallkill Valley community. To support our amazing students, the Wallkill Valley Band Boosters raise funds to supplement the school’s music budget. We are in need of new instruments, increased storage space for our growing bands, new uniforms, etc. One hundred percent of the money raised during this event will be used to benefit the Wallkill Valley Regional High School instrumental music programs.

We are seeking donations of raffle baskets in the form of financial support or donations of products/services of our local community for this event. Tickets will be sold to patrons to win the basket and 100% of the profits will go directly to our program. Each basket will be labeled with the sponsor’s name to advertise their business and will be featured in our digital program and on our website wallkillvalleybandboosters.com and on our social media pages. Sponsor’s names will be on promotional materials for the event and we will encourage our band families and patrons to support your business. This is a wonderful opportunity for your business to show your support of the musical arts in public education.
