Wamsutta Middle School is holding a Color Run fundraiser, which all students will have the opportunity to participate in. The Color Run will take place on Friday, May 19th following student lunches. Money raised at this event supports both students and teachers by providing funds throughout the school year for field trips, school equipment, educational programs and various activities and events. In an effort to motivate students to raise funds, we are doing weekly incentive raffles, where students have the opportunity to win prizes. We are looking for giveaways and thought that Six Flags passes would be a perfect giveaway for this age level. Many of our students go to Six Flags during the summer months, and we think it would be a great incentive prize for some lucky students to win. The event itself is more than just a fundraiser, it is a day of fun for the kids to enjoy exercise, music and lots of color!
