Warren County Public Health is requesting 2 day passes to the Great Escape Amusement Park to be given to the winner of the annual anti-vaping/tobacco poster contest winner. The anti-vaping/tobacco program targets 4th and 5th grade students in the 10 school districts located in Warren County NY. The students receive a 1-hour classroom presentation that teaches them about the dangers of vaping/tobacco use, the tactics used by tobacco/vape companies to get young kids to use thier products, and the dangers of nocitine addiction.

At the conclusion of the presentation all of the students are asked to particpate in a poster contest  showing what they learned from the presentation. Three posters are chosen as the best in the County and the Overall 1st place prize has been the Great Escape Day passes for the last 15 years. Great Escape is also recognized in the 1500 calendars that are created from the submitted posters and then dsitributed to all the 4th and 5th grade students in Warren County.
