To Whom It May Concern,

 Holy Name of Mary School (in St. Marys) is hosting our 3rd Annual Warrior Will Fun Fair on Thursday June 6, 2018 from 5pm-8pm.

 Will Simons was our little warrior, born with a congenital heart defect that endured a number of major surgeries in his short 5 ½ years of life. He was a real force for LOVE, STRENGTH and GOODNESS, a resilient fighter, a warrior right until the very end. We will continue to honour his memory at our annual Fun Fair.

Last year’s Fun Fair raised almost $10 000.  The money raised was donated to Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto, Ronald McDonald House and the remaining money was used to purchase a Warrior Will Buddy Bench, stones for our outdoor prayer space, outdoor equipment for our students, a picnic table for our outdoor education space, and $5 200 has been put towards an outdoor sun shelter which will cost about $15 000. 

It is our hope this year to fundraise enough money to help with the remaining funds required for our sun shelter for our school yard that will be used for various school and community events.

To realize this goal, we need your help to make the event successful. We are kindly requesting donations that can be used for our online silent auction. Our online silent auction will be running from Monday May 27th, 2019 until Wednesday June 5^th, 2019.  If you prefer to make a monetary donation towards our sun shelter, we would be grateful as well.  Your generosity is very much appreciated.
