Dear Community Partner:

We are excited to announce that the 34th Annual Waubonsie Valley High School PTA Silent Auction will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 at the White Eagle Country Club in Naperville, Illinois from 7pm-11pm.  Waubonsie Valley High School is home to approximately 2600 students and is located in the western suburbs of Chicago.  As our primary fundraiser, our goal is to raise more than $25,000 to benefit our school.  We anticipate approximately 150 attendees joining us.

Guests at the event, as well as online attendees, bid on baskets of donated items. We are currently seeking donations for these baskets. The majority of the WVHS PTA's revenue is a result of this auction, so it is an important event to fund our budget.

You may also choose to promote your business through a “swag bag” donation that will be given to our first 100 VIP guests. These items may include coupons, vouchers or smaller items.  Please plan to donate 100 of these so that each “swag bag” may be filled.

Waubonsie Valley PTA raises funds for educational programs such as senior scholarships, new classroom technology, classroom grants, building improvements and much more. All proceeds from this event directly benefit our students, staff and community.

The Waubonsie Valley PTA is a 501(c)3 and all donations are tax exempt as allowed by law. Our Federal Tax ID is 36-4146279.
