Description

We are writing on behalf of the Wayside Elementary School PTA Installation Dinner & Gift Auction
Committee. Our school is one of the largest elementary schools in Monmouth County, New Jersey,
with approximately 550 students. We are located in Ocean Township, a town with a population of over
27,000.
On Friday, May 13, 2022, we are holding our annual gift auction. We hope your business will take this
opportunity to make a donation to help the students of Wayside School. Your tax-deductible donation
will help the Wayside School PTA provide field trips, including a trip to our State Capital in Trenton,
cultural art assemblies, grants to teachers for special projects, classroom supplies and other educational
materials. Additionally, we are able to help less fortunate students through our Family in Need
Program which provides clothing, eye glasses, and other assistance to help families struggling to make
ends meet. The PTA also provides every child with a free book at our annual book fair.
By donating a gift certificate, product, or service – your business will have direct exposure to Ocean
Township residents as well as surrounding towns. We anticipate over 300 attendees for our big event,
and will review the donations and gifts which will be beautifully wrapped and displayed. We will also
feature your business name in our ad journal. We are a nonprofit organization under Section 501 (c) (3)
of the Internal Revenue Code, so your donation is fully tax-deductible. Our Federal Tax ID number is
22-3258611.
