This is an elementary school carnival, that is hosted by the Webster Parent Teacher Club, that is open and advertised to the whole community to attend. We will have a silent aution, raffle, games, and other fun activities. This event is to help raise funds to pay for the programs and services that benefit the school site and/or its curriculum. An example of programs paid for by the WPTC is the art program and reading program for the children at the school. 

As stated in our Webster Parent Teacher Club bylaws, the mission of the WPTC is to promote the welfare of children in the home, school and community and to develop a closer relationship between educators and families. Thourgh our efforts we strive to secure the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education for all children. The WPTC's purpose is to work with the school's parents, teachers and administrators for the benefit of the entire school.
