Humble Design is a nonprofit organization that designs and furnishes homes for Chicago families and veterans emerging from homelessness. Using donated furniture and household goods, our designers transform empty houses into custom-designed homes based on our clients’ needs and preferences. This simple, but profound, act of generosity helps our
clients break the cycle of homelessness.

Nationwide, nearly 50% of people who leave homelessness return within a year. But 94% of Humble clients remain housed.
