Description
The mission of The SAC Connect is to create a community and platform for youth and young adults by creating a safe space for mental health, wellness and transitional support that encourages growth. We are a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit organization and will be hosting a Wellness Community Resource Fair on October 23, 2021 at the Esther’s Park. This event is a community awareness and outreach event open to the public, which will assist SAC Connect in their effort to promote #HEARSUP (Health Education Approach to Reducing Stimulant Use Project), which is aimed to bring awareness to substance use disorder and enhance community linkage to preventive services.
