As we all know educators are overworked and underpaid. Leadership Prep began providing a day of pampering and focusing on sharpening the saw with whole body wellness in mind. We offer staff an opportunity to talk to vendors, attend seminars on wellness, and even offer space for them to get chair massages if they want.We also celebrate them with fun giveaways to show our appreciation.
