Dear Donor,

On behalf of Boy Scout Troop 611, we would like to request your support for our annual Family

Dinner and Silent Auction scheduled for Saturday, March 23, 2024. The Family Dinner and

Silent Auction is our troop’s single largest fundraiser of the year. It helps to raise a substantial

portion of the funds required for the Troop’s enrichment activities in the coming year. We expect

well over 700 people from the surrounding community to attend.

Troop 611 was established in 1968 and is a member of the Boy Scouts of America Silicon Valley

Monterey Bay Council. Our mission is to serve the community by helping to instill values in

young people and prepare them to make ethical choices to achieve their full potential. These

values are based on those found in the Boy Scouts of America Scout Oath and Law.

Throughout the year Troop 611 volunteers time and resources to support many other

organizations, including but not limited to: Second Harvest Food Bank, Sacred Heart Community

Service, and Yu-Ai Kai Japanese American Community Senior Service.
