West Elementary, a nonprofit school of pre-K to 5th grade, in Mt. Juliet, TN, is having a Spring Fling event on April 9th, from 10-2. We would like to ask for a donation for our silent auction. We have over 900 students who are invited to attend along with their families, vendors, volunteers, and community to our event. We are compiling themed packages for our attendees to bid on for getaways as well as local. We will have carnival games, food trucks to support local, vendors to support local artists, and an auction. The funds raised from our Spring Fling event with auction will go towards playground equipment and technology for classrooms. The Auction is a great tool to help businesses like yourself advertise during these times and show commitment to our school and community. Thank you for your consideration.
