The West Middle School PTO is hosting a Basket Bingo Fundraiser scheduled for November 16th, 2024 at West Middle School. This event will be attended by parents, students, staff, and families of West Middle School as well as other community members. Working with a limited budget and trying to keep this fun night affordable for attendees, we are looking for donations for bingo attendees to win, such as gift cards, merchandise, tickets, sports equipment, memberships, or services generously donated by businesses like yours. Cash donations and completed baskets are also very much appreciated. 

     The event proceeds will help fund West Middle School's academic awards, educational assemblies and field trips, teacher support, and end-of-year programs. We hope you will help us to enrich our children's educational experiences. We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make and we are happy that your donation will help your business be recognized in the bingo night program by bingo attendees to provide advertising for your company. We will also feature your business on our West Middle PTO Facebook group of over 900 members.

     Westminster West Middle School PTO has IRS 501(c) (3) charitable tax exempt status (EIN 92-2150612).
