The Owen County Chamber of Commerce will host the new inaugural Whippoorwill Artisan Festival! This experience of the arts will feature local artisans, promote local business, and highlight the beautiful historic Downtown Spencer. There will be 3 Whippoorwill festivals held this summer. Each unique artisan event will occur on the last Friday of June, July, and August on Market Street from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Live music, food vendors, and over 20 local and regional artisans will be highlighted each evening. Attendees will find woodworking, glass blowing, photography, visual arts, handcrafted soaps, and more! The Whippoorwill is an excellent opportunity to find unique gifts and connect with crafters and artists. Not only will attendees be able to enjoy the Whippoorwill Artisan Festival, but they can also enjoy everything else the Historic Downtown has to offer with its many shops and restaurants! Enjoy a family fun-filled night! Admission and Parking are FREE! This goal of this event is to create more foot traffic to our downtown small businesses.
