Dear Local Business Owner,

Project Graduation is a non-profit organization 501c(3) offered by many high schools in the United States, in which organized, adult-supervised, and alcohol-free activities are offered as part of a post-graduation party, as an alternative to student-run events involving alcoholic beverages or drugs.  This year, Williamstown High School plans to hold a Project Graduation Night at Dave and Busters on Friday, June 19, 2023, for our 430 graduates.  Because our graduates are graduating on a Friday, the expense will be double what it was last year.  Williamstown High School has held a Project Graduation event every year since 2003 and we need your help to keep it going.

To offset the expenses of our Project Graduation Event, Williamstown High School Project Graduation is currently looking for businesses who can donate items for our Basket Auction at our Coach Bag Bingo which will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 6-10 pm at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Sicklerville, NJ.  Would your business be willing to donate an item for our basket auction or consider a sponsorship?  We are offering three sponsorship levels.  I have enclosed a flyer with this letter explaining the sponsorship levels.  In appreciation for your generosity, we will advertise your business in our BINGO program.
