Description

To whom it may concern,
The 16th Annual St. Paul Lutheran Church Wild Game Dinner will be held on February 1, 2020, at the New Braunfels Community and Civic Center in New Braunfels, Texas. The Wild Game Dinner is a family event serving approximately 800 people that is focused on fun and fellowship while spreading the word of Jesus Christ through raising funds for the church’s youth activities and various outreach programs in the community.  The event includes: dinner with a wide variety of wild game and non-game items, live and silent auctions, and live music by local country artist Bret Graham.
We are soliciting donations of items for our live and silent auctions (e.g., hunting and fishing trips, outdoor equipment, gift certificates, fashion/jewelry items, spa day certificates, etc.). All donations are tax deductible, and St. Paul will supply donors with a letter of acknowledgement of the donation when required. The information for all donors will be prominently displayed so those attending will easily recognize the donor.

The Wild Game Dinner 2020 proceeds were distributed equally among the following groups:
Youth Ministry – supports youth programs, including summer camps, mission trips, and more
New Life Children’s Center - a residential treatment center for severely troubled girls ages 11 – 17
