The week of October 24, 2022, the Wilder-Waite PTO will be hosting the 73rd Spook Spectacular Fundraiser! This is our PTO's primary fundraiser every year and we are very excited to continue this annual tradition. This fundraising event owes its success to the generous support of local and national businesses such as yours. Community donations have allowed us to support our students’ education through funding field trips, online reading app subscriptions, support for our dedicated teachers, maintaining and adding to our outdoor nature classroom, our breakfast club to those students in need, and so much more. Our 2022 event will include a virtual silent auction, raffle, games, and trick or treating for students. Student activities for this fundraiser take place over a 5 day school week, and we conclude on Saturday, October 29, with the raffle drawing and silent auction closing.

Students volunteer to sell raffle tickets and we offer a variety of prizes. We typically sell over 5,000 tickets per year! Our other large component to the fundraiser is our silent auction. Families bid on items of their choice through a mobile app. Before the auction and raffle take place, we advertise all of the prizes through word of mouth and through our PTO Facebook page. 

This is a time-honored event at our school, and many in the community have come to know what "Spook" is and how great of a fundraiser it is for our elementary school.
