We are a family, friendly event, the largest in  Middle Tennessee, and we occur for nine days in August. The fun starts the first Friday in August and we welcome over 220,000 patrons over the nine days of the fair. The fair is happy and fortunate to be run by over 1500 volunteers .  We love to consider ourselves in the agraedutainment field because we're trying to educate, entertain, and inform all guests about agriculture, and the rich history, it has here and Williamson County, central and middle Tennessee. We have live animals, exhibits, art, cuisine, creative arts, games, food, rides, shows, and so much more.  We have a ton of vendor opportunities as well as sponsor opportunities at many different price points that offer several different benefits from free tickets to parking passes and more.  we work with cash sponsorships, as well as in-kind sponsorships, and I love any and all opportunities to advertise for you, get to know you, work for you, and perhaps even get some donated materials/items/prizes  that we can use to incentivize our many many volunteers.
