One of the gems of San Jose, California is the Willow Glen community and at the heart of that is Willow Glen Elementary School. As a neighborhood resident and parent of the school, I’m proud of its contributions to our community. Willow Glen Elementary brings together a diverse group of families and although many provide generous support, we do have some families so disadvantaged that they qualify for free or reduced lunch. Sharp budget cuts continue to present serious challenges. The PTA helps narrow the gap. It underwrites or supplements costs for such crucial programs as computer instruction, science labs, art, music education, band, PE, field trips, and even classroom emergency kits.

One of the most successful ways that we earn money to provide these services for our students is our annual auction every spring, this year it falls on 3/18/23. Each year we sell tickets to parents, friends and community members who love to attend and bid on auction items. With your help and support we would be so honored if you would make a tax-deductible gift of goods, services or a monetary donation.

Whatever your gift is, you will receive special recognition at the auction. Your business name will be featured on written and electronic communications seen by hundreds of extremely active engaged Willow Glen families. They notice who supports their kids’ school.
