My name is Janette Johanson and I am writing to you on behalf of our school, Wilmeth Elementary out of McKinney Texas as the Carnival Chairperson and PTO President in hopes to partner with you for our upcoming Carnival.

This is our 3rd year to host a Business sponsored Raffle at our Spring Carnival which has been a huge success and every year we look for ways to grow and make a bigger impact within our community and beyond!  We are hoping you would like to be a part of it. 

In return for your generous donation, we will be promoting your business on our Wilmeth PTO Facebook page as well as our Wilmeth PTO website.  Our Carnival is on Friday, April 17th and your donation will be displayed along with your company name on a beautiful table at our event.   The goal is to expose our 600+ Wilmeth families and the friends they bring to the amazing companies they may not know about or perhaps they have heard about your business, but they haven’t been to see you yet. 

Our Raffle is set up to appeal to Kids, Moms, Dads and even Pets so that everyone is included and can participate.  It is truly the perk of our Carnival and we hope you will consider being a part of it.  We are looking to raise money this year to help fund our playground upgrade which is going to be a 3 year project to complete.   The hope is that with Raffles that excite our families, we will raise more and improve the timeline on our playground project for our students.
