I hope this letter finds you well.  I’m reaching out to ask for your support with a very exciting fundraising event for the San Gabriel Valley Foundation for Dental Health, a non-profit organization that provides quality dental care to financially disadvantaged children, ages 0 to 19; offers a comprehensive patient/family education program, with a strong emphasis on preventive dentistry that is designed to minimize children’s dental diseases; furnishes a learning environment that provides dental assisting and dental students with the knowledge to operate and staff a multidisciplinary pediatric care facility; and provides a model program that can be used by other communities.

On April 29, 2023 SGVFDH will be hosting our annual fundraising event, Win, Place, Smile! at the Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California.  We have a fun Day at the Races scheduled, which will include exciting horse races, silent auction, reception, lunch, entertainment and a lot more! We would be honored and grateful if you would help us by sponsoring our event with item(s) for our silent auction.   

All of the funds raised from this event will be used to support SGVFDH’s work in our local community to make life better for children from economically disadvantaged families in need of dental care. Since we opened our doors in 1996, SGVFDH has provided more than $3.5 million worth of dental dental treatments to over 18,500 needy children and dental screenings and education on dental hygiene to over 155,000 children. 

You will be making a tax-deductible contribution that will help our organization continue the fight against childhood decay.  Additionally, you'll benefit from exposure of your company's name to those who attend the event. Donor names and/or logos will be displayed during the event, and the merchandise you give will be on display through the event.
