Description

We are excited to announce our upcoming event, the 10th Wine and Swine fundraiser for the Neighbors Helping
Neighbors Community Fund, which will take place on August 17th, 2023. This fund was created to support
emergency home repairs for low-income families and residents in our tri-county service area who cannot afford
the necessary repairs to make their homes safe and habitable.

We are reaching out to ask for your support for this event. We are seeking donations for our silent
auction and event sponsors. This event is highly anticipated and well-attended, with over 200 guests in
attendance last year. It's an excellent opportunity to showcase your business and support a great cause.

Your contribution will help us to provide immediate assistance to low-income families and residents when
emergencies arise, such as a failing furnace or a leaking roof, that pose a health and safety risk. While PRIDE
writes and administers many grants to assist homeowners, these grant funds can take months (or even years) to
disperse, leaving residents in urgent need of emergency repairs without assistance. Your donation to the
Neighbors Helping Neighbors Community Fund allows us to address these needs promptly.

PRIDE of Ticonderoga is a non-profit rural preservation company in its 39th year with a mission of connecting
and enhancing communities through housing rehabilitation, downtown revitalization, and historic preservation.
We have funneled over $15 million dollars in grant funds into our service area to date. The majority of our work
involves administering grant funds to assist low-income residents with housing rehabilitation and repair grants
in Essex, Warren, and Washington counties. We also assist businesses with writing and administering grants for
downtown revitalization and have been instrumental in helping launch new community development programs.

We hope that you will join us in supporting our mission to improve the lives of residents in our community and
the North Country. Thank you for considering our request for support. Our
preserve the rural communities. EIN for donation purposes is 14-1666190.

With Gratitude,
