We aren’t sure which is more surprising, that we are in the planning stages already of our next  Hospice of the Valleys’ signature fundraiser, “Wine & Chocolate” or that this is the 25th annual event!

Please join us as we celebrate Kentucky Derby-style with an incredible night of fun and connection on Saturday, September 30thth from 5:30-10:00 pm at the beautiful Monteleone Meadows property.

This year’s theme, “A Day at the Races” will enjoy many festive touches so gather your most entertaining hat and attire   the ideal pairing with Monteleone Meadow’s elegant yet rustic property. We look forward to sharing an evening under the stars while supporting much needed fundraising for our healthcare workers and hospice patients and families.

 

We will enjoy delicious appetizers, wine and beer tastings, and browse the silent auction while being serenaded by the incredible sounds of the “Darden” along with other fun entertainment.  Finally, we will enjoy a lovely sit down dinner, live auction, program and dessert as we come together to raise funds for Hospice of the Valleys.

After several difficult years, we continue to need your support. Due to the challenges of covid, many, many additional expenses have been and continue to occur, many not covered by insurance. However, we remain committed to providing the same level of care to our patients and their families that we would want for our own loved ones. Your help will allow us to keep our commitment of providing excellent care for all patients regardless of their inability to pay. Your support allows us to walk alongside families for 13 months in their grief process by providing grief support groups, counseling and materials for all ages who experience loss.  This is not only for those who have lost a loved one on our service, but for anyone in our community that needs our support. None of this is funded by insurance and purely supported through donations.
