The winter can be a time when the days are colder and shorter, our mission is to encourage and assist individuals in the pathways of optimal mental health and wellness. By creating this event we can help create a platform to encourage others to help us support our residential programs throughout the year, especially now when there are more limiting activities for residents to take part in due to weather. Our goal is to help our residents beat the winter blues by staying active and focused even during the colddest times of the year.
