Description

The 2023-2024 school year is here, and Wood Canyon Elementary School’s PTA is excited to bring to Aliso Viejo our First Annual “Winter COMETland”. This one-of-a-kind event will feature carnival rides, attractions, games, a community business EXPO, a silent auction, plenty of food and refreshments and, most importantly, SNOW! No winter festivity is complete without it...even in Orange County!

As the event’s Chairperson, and on behalf of Wood Canyon Elementary’s PTA, I am reaching out to your esteemed organization with an earnest request for sponsorship and/or a silent auction donation.

At Wood Canyon Elementary, we are committed to providing our students with the best educational experience and opportunities for personal growth. This annual fundraiser will play a vital role in supporting various programs, resources, and initiatives that enhance their learning journey. The funds raised will be allocated towards Performing Arts Education, Science Programs, Library Books, Field Trips, Art Masters Classes, Assemblies and so much more!

To ensure the success of our fundraiser, we are seeking partnerships with organizations like yours that share our vision and are passionate about making a positive impact on young lives. Your support will not only contribute to our fundraising goals, which are essential to supporting our Title 1** school but will also serve as a powerful example of corporate social responsibility and community engagement.

We kindly request your help in the following ways:

Sponsorship: We offer a range of sponsorship levels, each providing unique benefits and visibility for your organization. By becoming a sponsor, you will gain exposure to our extensive network of parents, staff, and Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel community members. Your logo and company information will be prominently displayed in our event materials, including signage, promotional materials, and social media.
Silent Auction Donations: We would greatly appreciate your generous contribution of items or services to our silent auction. The silent auction will be a big segment of our fundraiser, and your donated items will attract enthusiastic bidding and raise vital funds for our cause. In return, we will acknowledge your donation during the event and through our various communication channels.
We understand that every organization has different capabilities and priorities when it comes to charitable giving. Whether your contribution is monetary, an in-kind donation, or a combination of both, we value and appreciate your support. Please know that any amount or item donated will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

Please reach out and I would be happy to send you additional information about our school, the fundraiser, and the various sponsorship opportunities available. If you have any questions or require further details, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at (562)714-1313 or at nuria.wcpta@gmail.com

Thank you for considering our request. We genuinely hope you will join us in empowering our Aliso Viejo students to achieve their full potential. Together, we can create a brighter future for the young minds entrusted to our care.

With warm regards,
Nuria Robinson
Vice President of Programs/Winter COMETland Chairperson
