  Dear Valued Community Buisness,

I am writing on behalf of the Kingston PTO to request a donation for our raffle table at our annual holiday event scheduled for December 4th. At this event, attended by the families of our preschool through 4th grade students, we raffle off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. Money raised from this event directly benifits the students in ways such as sending them on field trips, attending cultural enrichment events and funding grants.

 

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for the raffle, your business will be recognized at the event as well as on our social media platforms. The Kingston PTO is registered as a 501(c)(3) corporation and all donations are tax-deductible.
