Every summer, Ruskoka Camp offers hundreds of underprivileged children an experience that many others take for granted…the opportunity to attend summer camp. 

Who doesn’t remember the excitement of living in a tent in the woods, seeing stars in the sky, swimming or canoeing in the local river, or experiencing the camaraderie of friends at camp?

Since our inception in 2000, Ruskoka Camp has enriched the lives of thousands of children and their families. But many of the families we help are unable to afford camp fees; we rely 100 percent on donations and support from companies – such as yours – to help send these children, primarily of recent immigrant families from the Ukraine and Russia to our Muskoka-based camp. 

These children need your help.

We are excited to celebrate our 23rd​ year and hold our 2023 Winter Palace Ball on Friday, February 17, 2023, at the Palais Royale in Toronto, Ontario. But we cannot run it without your help. This large-scale event – Ruskoka Camp’s sole annual fundraising Ball and silent auction – offers a rare and exciting opportunity for you, and your company, to reach hundreds of well-connected and affluent patrons from across the Greater Toronto Area community who also believe in helping underprivileged children.

Your corporate name and generosity would be promoted during the event, as well as in our regular email newsletters, and the event programme that will be provided to all attendees. Depending on your level of participation, your organization also would be recognized as one of the official sponsors of the Ruskoka Winter Palace Ball on our websites at www.winterpalaceball.co​m and www.ruskoka.com.

Your involvement will help make the Winter Palace Ball a success.​ And your support is vital to ensure the sustainability of Ruskoka Camp so that we can continue to expand our camp facilities and allow more children the opportunity of a summer camp experience. Ruskoka is an accredited member of the Ontario Camping Association and is sponsored by numerous private and corporate donors, as well as by the Toronto Star Fresh Air Fund.
