On December 24th The Nook Children's Program will be hosting a Winter Showcase " What Inspires You? ' . Children will use dance, music, painting and photography to create an interactive art exibit to showcase their talents and celbrate the end of the year with their family, friends and commnity.

The Nook works with children and families from all walks of life, priortizing local low income families, newcomers to Canada and sole support parents. This event will also act as our annual fundraiser to raise funds to build our bursay program to provide families with fee reductions to help bridge the gap for families who are dealing with financial barriers. Each year we support 30+ families with free access to afterschool, and camp based programs.
