Description

I am writing on behalf of the High Plain Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization in Andover, MA.  We assist in school fundraising while also providing fun activities, educational programming and teacher and staff support at High Plain Elementary School.  We are planning our first Winter Wonderland fundraising event to be held on December 9th in the HPE gymnasium.  This event will include a festival of trees, where we will display decorated trees to be raffled off to event participants.  We are seeking donation items in the form of gift cards, products/services, a gift basket, or a decorated tree.  Your business name will be displayed with your donation.

Your decorated tree or donation item is a tax-deductible donation which will be raffled as part of the fundraising efforts for High Plain Elementary.  The HPE PTO is a 501(c)(3) private non-profit organization as defined by the US IRS.  The PTO will provide you with a donation letter for tax purposes.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make.  We ask that all donations be coordinated through Ashley Seto at Ashley.b.seto@gmail.com by November 4th.
