Winterfest
Carnival/Festival for Lisbon Central School Parent Teacher OrganizationNov 23, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
We hope this letter finds you well. We are the Lisbon Central School PTO, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing enriching events and activities for students in our community.
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Silent Auction and Basket Raffle at our WinterFest on Saturday, November 23, 2024 to raise funds for our upcoming events and programs. These events are designed to support the educational, social, and extracurricular development of our students, ensuring they have access to a wide range of opportunities that enhance their learning experience.
To make this event a success, we are seeking donations from generous businesses and individuals in our community. We would be incredibly grateful if you would consider donating an item or service for our silent auction or basket raffle. Your donation will not only contribute to the success of our event but also provide you with an opportunity to showcase your products or services to a wide audience of local supporters.
In recognition of your generosity, we will feature your business in our event program, on our website, and in our social media promotions. This is a wonderful way to show your support for our community and to connect with potential customers who value businesses that invest in local initiatives.
All proceeds from this event will directly benefit the students by funding dances, field trips, in class activities, and more. Your support is instrumental in helping us create memorable and impactful experiences for our students.
If you are interested in contributing, please feel free to contact Brandi Larkin directly at 860-908-4048 or lisbonpto@lisbonschool.org. We are happy to arrange for the pick-up of any donated items at your convenience.
On behalf of Lisbon Central School PTO, we would like to thank you in advance for your consideration and generosity. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
Thank you for your support.
