For 22 years straight the "West Long Branch PTA" has hosted an 8th grade fashion show! We also have a wonderful gift auction! This year our students picked Mardi Gras as a theme! Several local businesses will loan the children clothing to model! This gives the children the opportunity to shine & grow their self esteem in a positive way! This event has become a right of passage to our students and is greatly looked forward to by all.
This is our largest fundraiser of the year! We have over 350 attendees and hope to raise $12,000.00
A portion of the funds we raise gives us the ability to subsidize graduation costs & trip. The balance of what we raise is used towards the rest of our PreK- 8 grades in our school. We have over 600 students in our two schools and we are proud to say that we are able to supply the classrooms, teachers and administration with many much needed items to benefit the welfare of our students.
