Working Together Chicago opens doors to employment for young adults with disabilities in businesses and schools throughout the Chicagoland area. Over 70% of people with disabilities are un/under-employed and 35% live in poverty due to the employment barriers that they are facing. Working Together Chicago is pulling people with disabilities out of poverty by helping them find sustainable jobs and live impactful lives.

Since 2016, Working Together Chicago has placed over 100 individuals with disabilities in the workforce. Many of our employees were furloughed due to COVID-19 and we are working on getting everyone back to work - so far more than 25 individuals have gotten back through the doors!
