YFIA is hosting an online fundraiser via zoom. We are holding the event to support our internship program with UC Berkeley and UC Merced. We have fully transitioned to a virtual learning platform and our interns from each University teach youth in low income communities personal finance basics via zoom. In a four part series students learn: Budgeting & Banking, Credit Management, First Job/Attitude in the Workplace and Financial Aid for College. In order to meet demand, we have hired 9 Workshop Leader Interns. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go directly to Student Workshop Leaders Interns salaries. We appreciate your consideration!
