The Southtowns Family YMCA Annual Theme Basket Event raises funds through individuals purchasing tickets to win baskets/gift cards. The funds raised (100%) stay local and are used to provide financial assistance to those in need and support life-enriching programs like our LiveStrong Program for cancer survivors and STEM camp for school age kids, Teen Leaders Program and many more! There are many local businesses that donate to our Theme Basket Event every year, such as Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, Walmart and many local restaraunts/businesses. We received a donation from Six Flags Darien Lake in 2022, and are asking for a donation of tickets and/or passes for the 2025 year. Through the Six Flags Darien Lake donation of tickets, we will be able to encourage healthy lifestyles, both mentally and physically, for the well-being of all, no matter their circumstances.
