Tenino Young-at-Heart Theatre began in the summer of 1990 with a children’s production performed at St. Peter Catholic Church. After three years, adults asked to join, and the community theater grew and relocated to the gracious Tenino High School for each summer performance. Now in our 32nd year, our mission to share the art of live theater and intergenerational opportunities with members of the South Puget Sound Community continues.  

Every summer Tenino Young-at-Heart Theatre presents a musical that runs for two weekends. This year’s production is “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” based on the comic strip Peanuts by Charles M. Schultz with book, music and lyrics by Clark Gesner. There will be 8 performances July 21-30 at Tenino High School.
