Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago’s annual Youth of the Year Competition & Dinner will be on Thursday, March 3, 2022 in the Aon Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier. The evening showcases inspiring and accomplished youth as they share their membership experiences and life stories.

The Youth of the Year Award is Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago's highest local honor, rewarding leadership, service and academic standing. Each year, Clubs recognize teen members ages 14-18, nominating one member to compete for BGCC's Youth of the Year. Youth of the Year signifies the culmination of a year-round teen program that incorporates community service, leadership, academic success, and public speaking training. Each finalist bravely tells his or her personal story before an audience that includes some of Chicago’s most notable business, philanthropic, and political leaders.
