With our mission of “cultivating creativity in Champaign County,” 40 North is dedicated to fueling the growth and well-being of our community by nurturing its arts, culture and education through advocacy, collaboration and information. 40 North’s efforts continue to grow in both scope and impact with programs such as the Eric Show, a county-wide high school art competition, Friday Night Live, our weekly summer performance series, Poetry Out Loud, a poetry recitation competition, both the Crystal Lake Park Art Fair and WestSide Arts, featuring artists in beautiful local park settings, Sky Gallery, MTD ART, the brand new Fall Fusion Festival, Public Art League, as well as the Boneyard Arts Festival.
