50 Forward Mohawk Valley Parkway Center provides programs and services to individuals 50+ empowering them to live healthy and vibrant lives. 5o Forward has a variety of programs and services (including but not limited to: fitness center, evidence based exercise classes, health classes and programs, fellowship programs and clubs, day and over night trips) that help seniors stay active at home and in their community.
